Welcome to Chippy’s Green Room (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our indoor golf simulator facilities, website, and related services (“Services”). By booking a session, entering our premises, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

 

 

1. Bookings & Payments

 

 

  1. All simulator time must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in person.

  2. Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified at checkout.

  3. Cancellations made:

    • More than 24 hours before the scheduled time: Eligible for rescheduling or credit.

    • Less than 24 hours before: No refunds or credits.

  5. Late arrivals may result in shortened play time with no adjustment in price.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Use of Facilities

 

 

  1. All players must check in at the front desk before using the simulator.

  2. Proper golf etiquette and safe play are required at all times.

  3. Only clean, indoor golf shoes or sneakers are permitted—no spikes.

  4. Food and beverages must be consumed in designated areas; no outside alcohol allowed unless approved.

  5. Chippy’s Green Room is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Age & Supervision

 

 

  1. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  2. The adult is responsible for the safety and conduct of any minors in their group.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Safety & Conduct

 

 

  1. Always wait until others are a safe distance away before swinging a club.

  2. Only one person is allowed on the hitting mat at a time.

  3. No reckless swinging, running, or horseplay is permitted.

  4. We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

5. Equipment Use

 

 

  1. Customers may use their own clubs or our provided clubs.

  2. You are responsible for the proper use of all equipment.

  3. Damages to our equipment or facility caused by negligence may result in repair/replacement charges.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

 

 

  1. Golf activities involve inherent risks, including risk of injury from swinging clubs, flying balls, or contact with equipment.

  2. By using our Services, you assume all such risks and release Chippy’s Green Room, its owners, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Alcohol Policy

 

 

  1. Alcohol may only be consumed on the premises if purchased from Chippy’s Green Room (where permitted by law).

  2. Intoxicated individuals will be denied service and may be asked to leave without refund.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Damages & Cleaning Fees

 

 

  1. Any intentional or negligent damage to the simulator, facility, or furnishings will result in charges to cover repair or replacement.

  2. Excessive cleaning required due to spilled drinks, food, or other messes may result in a cleaning fee.

 

 

 

 

 

9. Privacy & Data

 

 

  1. We collect limited personal information for booking and payment purposes.

  2. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store and protect your data.

 

 

 

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website or at the front desk. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
